- Typical placement timeline: 2–4 weeks for many long-term searches.
- Candidate introductions: Our goal is to present 3–5 suitable candidates weekly when available, until you find the right fit.
- Trial days: Families may arrange 1–5 consecutive trial days before making a hiring decision, subject to candidate availability and applicable pay requirements.
- Getting started: A $350 non-refundable search retainer applies.
- Placement fee: A one-time agency placement fee is due at the time of hire under the agreed placement terms.
- Replacement guarantee: We offer a 3-month (90-day) replacement guarantee, subject to the terms of your placement agreement.
